HOW DOES ORGANIZATIONL STRUCTURE WORK?

 According to Fraidoon Mazda an organizational structure is the way through which it allocates its resources and meet its goals. According to him, there are four types of organizations. These structures play n important role in development of an organization. As it is the structure which totally distinguishes one thing from an other. 



In Hierarchical Structure, a proper hierarchy or order is there. Most of the organizations are working through this process. This hierarchical structure actually leads one to  specific place. as an example a team is working under one manager and a lot of managers can work under one senior manger. It becomes very important to maintain the hierarchy as this is the only quality of this organization. The Matrix Organization is same organization as hierarchical but two separate hierarches are working in parallel. In this organization the hieratical structure remains the same. However a lot of same kind of hierarchies are there. As a example two separate can work under two different mangers on two different asks. However, the they are operating in same manager with same hierarchies. The Informal Organization is a mixture of upper mentioned organizations. They can contain elements of both of the upper mentioned organizations. So they do not have a proper structure. It means that people who are working in this organization can report to any person of their choice. In informal structure people have a lot of facilities. Small to medium size organizations can work under this scenario. It can be said that informal organization can convert into into another form in future too. In Multinational Organization They have strict order in pyramid. They can have world head quarter, regional head quarter and country head quarter. So  large structure is there. However they have to follow the structure and only specific person can report another person. Since they can operate in many regions so they have to follow the structure. All these organizations are working in parallel in the market. However the biggest one lies in multinational organizations. These organizations are working in different countries and they can have the same reporting hierarchy in different countries too. They also facilitate their employees with god benefits. So people also like to work in such kind of organizations.

In a nutshell, It can be said that there are a lot of organizational structures. Every writer has tried to categorized them according to their own needs. How some of the important ones are present here.
